Fawn Mckay
Fawn Brodie McKay was born September 15, 1915 was a native of Ogden Utah. Fawn MacKay, born into the Mormon Church's founding family, applied her brilliant literary skills and impressive research skills in order to produce the psycho-historical biographies about Joseph Smith. The book The book, No Man knows My History was published in 1945. It was derived from the sermon title that Joseph Smith delivered in 1844, when he shocked his hearers with the statement: You do not know me and have not heard my thoughts. Nobody knows my story. The truth is that I'm not sure. Fawn 29, who was 29 has written. Fawn took on the mantle of writing from that point on. Many have mocked and denigrated him, while others attempt to identify the issue. It isn't because there's not enough evidence but rather they are wildly inconsistent. The task of assembling these documents--of sifting first-hand account from third-hand plagiarism of fitting Mormon as well as non-Mormon stories into a mosaic that makes credible the history. This is exciting as well as educational. Fawn brodie was professionally committed to her work. Her work in research and writing brought her fame around the world: Thaddeus Stephens. The DevilDrives. Thomas Jefferson. The intimate Histories (1974) as well as Richard Nixon.
